The owner, Valdis, and the rest of the staff made us feel like part of the family. The rooms were spacious and had a lovely balcony where my wife could relax. The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel's location on the seafront with the mountain backdrop was truly breathtaking. We only had one night here, but we will definitely be coming back for a longer stay. Thank you, Valdis, for your kindness and hospitality.
My kids wished there was a playground for them to enjoy.

The breakfast was a feast fit for a queen! Fresh honey, yogurt, and mouthwatering sweets. The hotel had a shared lounge, perfect for some posh relaxation. And the free WiFi? Superb! Oh, and did I mention the BBQ facilities? Can I bring my caviar next time?
I was devastated that my stay was not long enough to fully enjoy all of the water sports facilities. How am I ever going to learn to canoe now?

We spent a wonderful week at this unique hotel on the south coast of Crete. The beach bar and rooms are right next to the beautiful Korakas beach, which we visit every year. The family who owns the hotel is incredibly kind and caters to every need. The spacious rooms have large beds and sea-facing terraces, offering perfect peace and quiet. The breakfasts are delicious, with fresh, local produce. We also enjoyed the cold cappuccinos and vodka with freshly squeezed orange juice in the evenings. we couldn't have asked for a better week anywhere else.
Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

My stay at Korakas Beach in Rodakino was nothing short of perfect. The database listing accurately described the hotel, and I was delighted to find that the room had a nice balcony that was perfect for enjoying the beautiful views. the mention of a child's bed was extremely helpful as I was traveling with my little one. The bed provided in the room was also very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep for both myself and my child.
While my overall experience at Korakas Beach was excellent, there was one minor drawback. As stated in the database, the bed in my room was horribly creaky and the mattress was super soft, making it feel more like a trampoline than a bed.

Enriching Breakfast: Indulging in a morning feast of local honey, fresh yogurt, and homemade sweets was like starting the day with a burst of sweet sunshine. Best Views: The hotel's balcony revealed a mesmerizing spectacle of the Libyan Sea and the enchanting islands of Gavdos and Paximadia. It felt like having our own personal postcard-worthy vista. Fitness Fun: Pumping iron and grilling at the BBQ facilities made us feel like Greek gods and goddesses, balancing strength and indulgence amidst the stunning surroundings. Air-conditioned Comfort: Waking up to a cool breeze from the balcony overlooking the expansive Libyan Sea was pure bliss. The room itself provided an oasis of refreshment.
Faulty Pool Cleaning: The pool was inviting but unfortunately, the cleaning robot seemed to have had a hiccup, leaving the water a tad dirty.

The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, and the terrace facing the sea is the perfect spot to relax. We couldn't have asked for a better week!
For dads, it would be great if there were some more activities for children.

Best views of the Libyan Sea and the islands Gavdos and Paximadia. Waking up to the sight of the expansive sea felt like being in a postcard come to life. Breakfast enriched with local honey, fresh yoghurt, and homemade sweets. Every morning was a delicious journey through the flavors of the region.
Greek bathroom design. The floor drain was a bit higher than the tiles, making it difficult for the water to drain properly.

This stylish modern hotel situated on a secluded beach felt like our own private paradise. The free sunbeds were a bonus and the restaurant bar facing the sea was absolutely beautiful. It was the perfect getaway from crowded hot-spots, and our spacious room with a good size balcony was just what we needed. The breakfast was incredible - more like a brunch-afternoon tea with scrumptious sweet treats that made us feel like we had fallen down the rabbit hole of Alice in Wonderland. We loved all aspects of our accommodation and felt right at home with the great hosts. The tropical garden design was stunning, the beach was just a stone's throw away, and it was the ideal quiet place for a long and relaxing holiday. We can't wait to come back!

From the moment we arrived at Korakas Beach, we were amazed by the stunning surroundings and warm hospitality. We were welcomed by Olga, who gave us a tour of the beautiful campus, including the pool, courtyard, and Oceanside cafe/bar. Our room was absolutely adorable, with a lovely patio view, air conditioning, and thoughtful touches like raki, chocolates, and soaps. We couldn't ask for a better location, with a convenient walk right to the beach. Thanks to Olga's recommendation, we discovered an exceptional restaurant nearby that we never would have found on our own. The breakfast at the hotel was simply amazing, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. We were spoiled with fruits, crepes, fresh orange juice, cheese, toast, coffee. When we wanted to extend our stay, the owner personally called other places for availability, going above and beyond. We highly recommend Korakas Beach and can guarantee you'll have a wonderful experience.
